When will I be charged for my monthly rent?

The lease on our storage units runs month to month, with payment due on your anniversary date. The anniversary date is the same day on which your rental agreement began.

What if I need to rent the unit after my anniversary date? How would I be charged?

We prorate six days after the anniversary date. After the sixth day, you would be charged for the entire month’s rent.

When will I get my security deposit back?

We will mail you your security deposit within 7-10 days after you vacate the unit. You will receive your deposit in the form of a check.

Is there a minimum amount of time I may rent a unit?

We require a minimum one month rental period. All rental leases run month to month.

Do I need a lock for my storage unit?

Yes, we do require that you have a lock on the unit. We sell a couple different styles of locks in our office, or you may use any standard padlock.

Do you offer insurance while my items are in storage?

We are a self-storage facility, which means we do not provide insurance for your belongings. We recommend contacting your insurance company to see if your items are covered under a homeowners or renters insurance policy.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, money orders or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover).

Are there any specific items that I am not allowed to store?

We ask that our tenants not store any items that are flammable, combustible, corrosive, odorous or perishable. Also, it is important not to store boxed cereals, rice, nuts or seeds.
